Cherie Peninger of Island Vows, a destination wedding specialist, has been amazing in helping us with all the booking details. She has worked to secure a group rate with the resort and will be helping all of our guests book their accommodations for our wedding on Friday, June 7, 2024. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is nothing short of a crowd pleaser. Rates & Booking Information
Deposit to reserve your room is $200 plus travel insurance if you choose it. You can make additional payments anytime. Balance Due by February 18, 2024.
Children 0-3 are free, 4-12 are $69 per night and 13-17 are $195 per night.
Rates are per couple and include taxes and airport transportation. If you don’t see the room type you would like available on the booking link, let us know and we can add it.
Deluxe Gold Hacienda: This room is within the Hacienda section of the resort and accommodate families with children. Amenities include a balcony with hammock, hydro spa tub, minibar, coffee maker, laptop-size digital safe, flat-screen TV, 24-hour room service, turndown service (available upon request), wireless Internet and a private marble bathroom with shower. This lavish 482-square-foot room features a lush garden view. Bedding: 1 king or 2 double beds.

Deluxe Diamond King Hacienda: This deluxe 482-square-foot room offers the same inclusions as the Deluxe Gold room with the following additional inclusions – Aromatherapy and pillow menu, complimentary beach bag, CD/DVD Player (available upon request), private check-in and check-out and early check-in (subject to availability). The room is also in an ideal location closest to the main facilities. Bedding: King only, no children allowed in this room type.

A credit card will be required upon check-in as a guarantee in the event of damages to the property. To maintain the comfort and security of all guests, this resort reserves the right to charge for damages caused by guests. Guests will be financially and legally responsible for all damages and disruptions caused in the property.
The adult and legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years old. Under-age drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punished by law. Introducing alcohol to the premises or taking it outside the premises is not allowed.
To be considerate of other hotel guests, personal sound devices of any kind (including Bluetooth speakers) may not be used in the rooms, building or at the pool area.
Guests will be removed from the property, at their own expense, if any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff arises. Unruly behavior by individuals or groups is not allowed at any property, at any time during the year. The hotel can and will suspend any or all of its services to guests who, in the hotel’s opinion, display or enact improper conduct offensive and/or unacceptable and/or dangerous to others and/or themselves.
