Cherie Peninger of Island Vows, a Hard Rock destination wedding specialist, has been amazing in helping us with all the booking details. She has worked to secure a group rate with the resort and will be helping all of our guests book their accommodations for our wedding on February 21, 2026. You can use the “Reserve My Room” button to make your reservation, please make sure to add travel insurance if you would like it.

Rates & Booking Information
Deposit to reserve your room is $200 plus travel insurance if you choose it. You can make additional payments anytime. Balance Due by October 1, 2025.
Dates are flexible so you can choose what works best for you. There is a minimum of 3 nights required.
Children 0-3 are free, 4-12 are $87 per night and 13-17 are $102 per night.
Rates are per couple and include taxes. If you don’t see the room type you would like available on the booking link, let us know and we can add it.

Check in is 4:00 pm, check out is 12:00 pm.
A credit card will be required upon check-in as a guarantee in the event of damages to the property. To maintain the comfort and security of all guests, this resort reserves the right to charge for damages caused by guests. Guests will be financially and legally responsible for all damages and disruptions caused in the property.
The adult and legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years old. Under-age drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punished by law. Introducing alcohol to the premises or taking it outside the premises is not allowed.
To be considerate of other hotel guests, personal sound devices of any kind (including Bluetooth speakers) may not be used in the rooms, building or at the pool area.
Guests will be removed from the property, at their own expense, if any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff arises. Unruly behavior by individuals or groups is not allowed at any property, at any time during the year. The hotel can and will suspend any or all of its services to guests who, in the hotel’s opinion, display or enact improper conduct offensive and/or unacceptable and/or dangerous to others and/or themselves.

Can I set up a payment plan? You can make additional payments any time with a link provided in your confirmation.
Can I book on Expedia or with my travel agent? No, all guests must book in the wedding group.
Are babysitters available? Yes, you can arrange a babysitter with the concierge.
What if I have to cancel? Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations. There will be a penalty to cancel depending on when the room is cancelled.
